Those who are baptized Catholic only enter marriage validly in a Catholic Church, with a Catholic Minister, and at least two witnesses unless one of these items has been dispensed by the local bishop, Archbishop Shelton Fabre.
Contact the Parish Priest at least six months before the proposed date. Catechesis and preparation are required and must be completed three months before the scheduled wedding date.
